The winemaking date you select is for your grape crush (Visit 1 of 4). Visit 2–the Wine Press–happens exactly 7 days later. Make sure both dates work before booking, or call to schedule directly with our team. Available Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm.
Weekend start time: 11:45 AM. Weeknight start: 6:45 PM.
Make wine from fresh Chilean grapes starting May 2025 or California grapes starting August/September 2025. Each grape brings different flavors to your final blend.
