The grape crush is a crucial step in winemaking. As the skins break, the sweet juices, pulp, and seeds are released, allowing the juice to absorb the grape’s unique flavors, colors, and tannins. This process transforms plump, ripe grapes into rich, flavorful wine. While traditional “foot treading” is still used in some regions, at wineUdesign you get the full experience without getting your feet purple.

At wineUdesign, we use an innovative crusher-destemmer to remove stems and gently crush your grapes, ensuring a clean and pure mixture.
