Return Policy

We make every bottle at our winery in Hicksville, Long Island, and we want each one to reach you in perfect condition. This policy covers wine bought through our online shop, collected from the winery or delivered by us.

Damaged bottles

If a bottle arrives broken, leaking or otherwise damaged, we will replace it at no cost to you. Contact us as soon as you can with your order number and a photo of the damaged bottle by emailing info@wineUdesign.com or calling 516-939-9463, and we will arrange the replacement.

All other returns

Apart from damaged bottles, we can't accept returns or give refunds on wine, including for a change of mind.
