Discover Your Signature Blend with Nica is a guided wine blending experience where you’ll explore select wines, refine your palate, and create a custom bottle that’s uniquely yours.

The evening begins with a blind tasting, where Nica will introduce the wines and show you how different flavor profiles come together. Then you’ll experiment with blending — adjusting ratios and tasting as you go until your creation feels just right.

Once you’ve perfected your blend, you’ll cork your bottle, create your own custom label name, and take your personally crafted wine home. Yes — you leave with a bottle you made.

Throughout the night, Chef Mike of The Chef’s Pantry will present thoughtfully prepared bites — from antipasto and bruschetta to seasonal grilled vegetables with marinated pork chops and Sicilian panelle — designed to complement your experience while keeping the focus on your blend.
