Finding the right wine for your palate could be one of the greatest gifts you give yourself. One Perfect Blend with Nica is a guided wine blending experience where you’ll learn what you love, refine your taste, and craft a wine that’s perfectly you.
Through an initial blind tasting, guided instruction from our team, and endless blending with our wines, you’ll explore each wine’s unique character and mix trial glasses until you find the blend that truly speaks to your palate. Once your masterpiece is complete, we’ll help you cork, label, and take home your personalized bottle of custom-blended wine, a keepsake of your creativity, perfect to share with family and friends over the holidays.
